Witty. Decisive. Efficient.
A native of Middle Tennessee, Koree grew up in Cookeville, Tennessee, home of Tennessee Tech University. It was there that she met her husband. Koree began her education journey as a nursing major, but later realized she needed a more creative outlet. After transferring to Middle Tennessee State University for Interior Design, Koree became actively involved with the local ASID/IIDA chapter as Student Treasurer and heading up organization of the annual Student Design Showcase. While in design school, Koree interned for a summer at Inner Design Studio. After graduation, she went to work in the commercial furniture industry for a few years in Nashville focusing on workplace and higher education projects. A few years later, the stars aligned and she has been welcomed back into the Inner Design family; it’s like she never left. Koree is currently a part of the furniture specifying team. Koree and her husband, Chason, have a daughter, Leighton, and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Quinn. As a family, they enjoy spending time outside or swimming at the pool. Koree also enjoys traveling, cheering for the Nashville Predators and baking to satisfy her untamable sweet tooth.
