A Nashville native and graduate of Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) with a B.S. in Interior Design. At MTSU, Emma served as president of the Interior Architecture Collaborative, an IIDA student representative, and a technology tutor.
Her passion for accessible and healthcare design began when her family adopted her youngest brother, who has Down syndrome and Autism—an experience that drives her commitment to inclusive, human-centered spaces. She’s equally dedicated to sustainable and biophilic design, blending environmental health with occupant well-being.
Outside work, Emma enjoys modeling and rendering for fun, treasure hunting at estate sales, and exploring the outdoors with her high school sweetheart, whom she married in the Colorado mountains. Her blend of leadership, technical skill, and design advocacy makes her a thoughtful and forward-thinking addition to our team.
