A proud Franklin native, Amelia has built both her personal and professional life in the community she calls home. After earning her degree in Interior Design from Belmont University, she joined Inner Design Studio as an intern and quickly advanced through the organization, growing into her current role as Senior Project Manager.

Amelia’s passion for design began at an early age while spending summers shadowing her aunt, an electrical engineer. That early exposure to the built environment inspired a career dedicated to creating thoughtful, functional healthcare spaces that enhance the experience of patients, families, and caregivers.

As a Senior Project Manager, Amelia leads complex healthcare projects from concept through completion, coordinating with clients, architects, consultants, and project teams to ensure successful outcomes. She is also passionate about mentoring the next generation of designers, providing guidance, sharing her knowledge, and helping develop the technical and project management skills of Inner Design’s emerging talent.

Outside the office, Amelia enjoys spending time with her family and her spirited Miniature Pinscher mixes.
