MONIKA WHITTENBURG, IIDA
PROJECT DESIGNER
Loving. Genuine. Passionate.
Monika Whittenburg practices what she preaches teaches (literally). Prior to joining Inner Design Studio in 2009, she taught interior design classes at O’More College of Design and Watkins College of Art and Design. Before teaching, she spent nearly eight years at a corporate/health care design firm. This health care design experience (coupled with her raw talent) has given her the ability to create beautiful spaces within strict healthcare design codes. A knack for detail and developing innovative designs are part of what makes Monika such a gifted designer. When she’s not spending (basically all of her) free time renovating her house with her husband Benjamin, Monika enjoys going to concerts and traveling. She has visited seven countries – so far – and her affinity for one of them, Great Britain, keeps the office in tune with what’s going on across the pond.
